World's Biggest Problems

1. Climate change is real. The temperature is rising, as are water levels.
     Ans: Take initiative. Stop acts that contribute to the addition of carbon dioxide emissions in the environment. Strive to use clean energy rather than pollutants.
2. ISIS has threatened America. We have no clear plan on how to stop them. This is a very scary thought, as they have claimed to be in America.
     Ans: Make a definitive plan on what to do and stick with it. This is much easier said than done, however.
3. Cars run on gas. The amount of oil on the planet is limited and is not renewable.
     Ans: If cars were invented today, they most certainly would use electricity as a primary fuel source. Hybrids, or fully electronic cars should become more affordable to average people.
4. Global poverty, hunger and lack of clean water have left many struggling.
     Ans: The world's resources should be more evenly distributed. Better yet, global superpowers should do what is possible to help bring less developed countries to good standing.
5. Obesity is a growing epidemic. It's cheaper to buy very unhealthy fast food than it is to eat healthy.
     Ans: From a young age, children should be taught proper nutrition habits. It is much easier to keep proper nutrition through adulthood, when taught proper habits as a child. Also, people should realize that food is something worth spending a little extra money on.
6. Education has proved to be a great problem. While more people in the U.S. have pushed to get a higher education, this is not necessarily commonplace around the world. Without education, society fails to advance.
     Ans: Foreign countries must make the effort to improve education. In a rapidly advancing world, the need for education should not be at a halt.
7. Furthermore on education, it is not very affordable for the average American. Many have to take out student loans to cover tuition and living costs.
    Ans: Perhaps college tuition should be brought down. The prices are unbelievable beyond measure. Everyone knows it. However, people understand the need for a degree and will do just about anything to obtain one. Interest rates should be drastically lower if students decide to stay in-state and choose the most affordable options.

8. Gun violence accounts for many deaths each year. While mass shootings have caused many casualties, and should be addressed, every day misuse of firearms has proved to cause far more deaths.
    Ans: Fingerprint activated guns would be ideal. If a child does not have the finger print to use his parents weapon, the chance of an accident is drastically decreased.
9. Deforestation has had many negative consequences. Not only does it attribute to a lack of biodiversity, the loss of trees and plants also directly affects the production of oxygen in the environment.
     Ans: Human greed and selfishness needs to be reassessed. Proper recycling would also cut the need for deforestation down significantly.
10. Lack of adequate health care in the United States has posed an issue. There are many people who lack health insurance. For this reason, they do not have an affordable means of seeing a physician if necessary. Low-income homes struggle the most.
    Ans: Get on board with the likes of Canada and the UK. Access to proper care should be a right not a privilege.
